  1. Virtual kick off meeting – project scope confirmed (PM)
  2. Statement of work created and signed off
  3. Content/materials gathered from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  4. Alpha release – draft of course/animation released to customer (PM)
  5. Amendments made
  6. Beta release – new version approved/amendments suggested (PM)
  7. Final amendments
  8. Content signed off and released to customer (PM)
